We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. The fields are:

• Full name and work email address, required for all enquiries.
• Organisation name, required to understand your business context.
• Role / title, sector, and telephone number, optional, to help us route your enquiry appropriately.
• Message / context, optional free-text you provide.
• Engagement type, selected from a predefined list.

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not collect data from third-party sources or use automated decision-making.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Your personal data is shared only with the following recipient in the course of delivering our services:

• Resend, Inc., our email delivery processor. Resend receives your name and email address solely to deliver your enquiry notification to our team. Resend is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Resend does not use your data for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any other third party, except where required by applicable law or competent authority.

Vyomerc Consultancy is based in the United Arab Emirates. If you are located in the European Economic Area, your data will be transferred to and processed in the UAE, which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for. We rely on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) where required to legitimise such transfers.

Data passed to Resend for email delivery is processed within infrastructure covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, or for the duration of any ongoing engagement, whichever is longer. After that period, data is securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity.
